Revamped H Samuel shop shines bright in Swansea’s Quadrant Shopping Centre
Renowned jewellery and watch retailer H Samuel, has heavily invested in its Swansea store at the Quadrant Shopping Centre, and opened its doors this week.
The jewellery chain say their upgraded store embodies the business’ new concept proposition with enhanced services, including an in-house ear-piercing station, and a bespoke design offer, allowing customers to unleash their creativity through designing their own bespoke jewellery under the guidance of skilled experts.
Commenting on the enhanced customer experience is store manager, Lynsey Hawkes: “We are delighted to unveil the new and improved H Samuel in the Quadrant. Our goal is to provide customers with an immersive and enjoyable shopping experience, and we believe the revamped store will exceed their expectations. There is also no better time to open than in the run up to Christmas, so our customers can enjoy even more great brands and new experiences with us. We’re also proud to now be home to Michael Kors, Disney and Emmy jewellery.”
The Quadrant Shopping Centre Manager, Lisa Hartley, commented: “We are thrilled to have opened the doors to our new-look H Samuel store this week.

As part of the grand reopening, the first 15 customers were treated to exclusive gift bags, featuring a curated selection of jewellery surprises and exclusive offers to use in the run up to Christmas.
The newly revamped H Samuel store is near HMV and The Works at the Quadrant Shopping Centre.
